• Head Start – 3 to 5 years
• Colorado Preschool Program – 3 to 5 years
• Early Head Start Combined with Adult Literacy – Newborns and expectant moms to children 3 years old

What to Bring with You to Enroll:

• The child you are enrolling
• Child’s birth certificate
• Child’s immunization records
• Proof of income (Tax Return, previous year’s W-2, pay stubs/LES, and /or TANF paperwork)
• Child’s IEP if applicable
